Nu Substance Helar Festival 2008 is over. After programs like workshop, discussion, presentation, exhibition, and music showcase, closing program was The Costume Party Calling. It was held last night at Pure Lounge, Paris van Java mall with EAT. About 300 people was attenidng to the party, and it was very very rad night, inspite some people wearing those outragous costume, and some people only wear their daily clothes it’s not decreasing the ceuyah night. Ryan Koesuma won the best costume as the Chinese Vampire.
